Lamination Defined
The controversial process of "sandwitching" a cel between two pieces of plastic as an effort towards preservation. Used to some extent by Courvoisier in the 1940’s and revived in the early 1070’s by Disney Studios as a method of packaging. "Haloing" is a term that refers to seperation of the plastic sheets around the outline of the image.
